NATURE & WELLNESS ESCAPADE IN TOKYO

      A  nature  and  wellness  escapade  in  Tokyo  offers  a  breath  of  calm  in  the  midst  of  the  urban  bustles.  From
      traditional gardens such as Rikugien, to peaceful strolls and relaxation breaks in a Japanese onsen or spa, the
      city invites you to slow down. The harmony between nature, silence and serenity makes Tokyo an unexpected
      haven for rejuvenation.

        OUR HIGHLIGHTS

          Stroll  through  traditional  gardens:  Rikugien,  Koishikawa  Korakuen  (one  of  the  city's  oldest  gardens),
          Shinjuku Gyoen.
          Relax in an osen or sento (Japanese bath). Hot baths, hammams, massages...everything you need for a

          moment of Japanese-style relaxation. Some offer relaxation zones with herbal teas or reading material.
          A Yoga session in one of Tokyo's parks and/or Zen workshop in a Buddhist temple.
          Walk to Mount Takao or the forest of the Meiji-jingū sanctuary.
          Day trip to Mount Fuji, exploring the shores of Lake Kawaguchi by walking or cycling, before taking the
          cable car up for a panoramic view. Visit the Fujiyoshida Sengen Shrine.
