WORLD HERITAGE SITES (THTHEM-01)
                         9 days / 8 nights




        This  program  is  designed  for  enthusiasts  of  cultural  and  historical  sites  listed  as  a  World  Heritage  by
        UNESCO. Discover Thailand’s cultural and natural treasures.



        Day 1    BANGKOK
                 Welcome by our representative at the airport, transfer and
                 check-in at the hotel.
        Day 2    BANGKOK – AYUTTHAYA
                 Visit Bang Pa-In, a royal palace. Then explore Ayutthaya, the ancient
                 capital with its ruins and prestigious past, and visit its main temples:
                 Wat  Phra  Nan  Choeng,  Wat  Chai  Watthanaram  and  Wat  Yai  Chai
                 Mongkol.
        Day 3    AYUTTHAYA – LOPBURI – SI THEP – PHITSANULOK
                 Drive to Lopburi for the Prang Sam Yod temple, a 13th century
                 Angkorian temple. Continue to the ancient town of Si Thep and
                 its three cultural sites before continuing on to Phitsanulok.

        Day 4    PHITSANULOK – SUKHOTHAI
                 Excursion  to  Phitsanulok  and  visit  to  Wat  Phra  Si  Rattana
                 Mahathat,  the  most  important  temple  in  the  region,  followed
                 by a visit to Sukhothai Historical Park, located on the site of the
                 former kingdom (ruins of royal palaces, temples, city walls, moats,
                 dams and ditches).

        Day 5    SUKHOTHAI – UDON THANI
                 Drive through Isan to Udon Thani and excursion to  the
                 archaeological site of Ban Chiang. It is considered by archaeologists
                 to be the most important prehistoric habitation and burial site in
                 Southeast Asia.
        Day 6    UDON THANI – KHON KAEN
                 Visit Phu Phra Bat historic park, then drive to Khon Kaen, a city
                 where modernity meets antiquity. Visit the impressive Nong Wang
                 temple and Sanjao Bueng Tao Gong Ma.
        Day 7    KHON KAEN – PHIMAI – NAKHON RATCHASIMA (KORAT)
                 Depart to Nakhorn Ratchasima, better known as Korat. Stop on
                 the way for a visit to Phimai Khmer Temple Park, which is closely
                 linked to Cambodia’s Angkor temples. Visit to the Baan Prasart
                 archaeological  site,  an  ancient  village  where  many  artifacts  of
                 daily life were found.

        Day 8    NAKHON RATCHASIMA (KORAT)
                 Stroll  around  town and  stop  at the Thao  Suranari memorial.
                 Excursion to the ceramics and pottery village of Dan Kwian. Then
                 visit  the ancient Khmer  temple of  Phrathat Phanom  Rung  and
                 Prasat Hin Muang Than, located at the base of an extinct volcano.
        Day 9    NAKHON RATCHASIMA (KORAT) – BANGKOK - DEPART





        This program does not include all UNESCO World Heritage sites in Thailand. Upon request, we can offer a complete program with all the sites,
        including easy access to Laos for a combined stay.
