        In the heart of the mountains of Central Asia, Tajikistan is a veritable paradise for lovers of flavors and spices.
        Its cuisine is marked by Persian and Turkish influences, and is characterized by generous, fragrant dishes. An
        authentic culinary experience, where every bite tells the story of this country of diverse influences.


        OUR HIGHLIGHTS


        •  Visit the markets of Dushanbe, the capital, or Khujand, to discover dried fruits (apricots, raisins, figs),
            nuts, fresh herbs and local spices.

        •  Tea tasting accompanied by chak-chak (a pastry made with honey and fried dough) and kuruk (a pastry
            filled with nuts).
        •  Stroll through a local market to select ingredients for the traditional Tajik cooking class.

        •  Scents and spices, discover local scents through workshops.
        •  Excursion to the orchards of the Fergana Valley to discover the local fruit culture, including peaches,
            apples, pomegranates, and especially figs and dried apricots.

        •  Artisanal dairy and cheese tasting at a farm.
