Cambodia is a country where Hinduism and Buddhism religions have influenced the Khmer Empire for centuries. Today,
however, the country represents a synthesis of these two religions. The Khmers have also preserved an ancient animist
tradition. This introductory tour takes the traveler on a journey of discovery of the religions present in Cambodia.

• Meet a Buddhist monk in a pagoda to learn more about the life of Buddha - blessing by the monk.
• Yoga session in the heart of the archaeological park or in the grounds of a pagoda (beginner or advanced
depending on the level of the participants).
• Visit the National Museum to learn more about the history and importance of the world’s largest
religious monument.

• Discover Angkor Wat, the most famous temple dedicated entirely to Vishnu, the supreme god of
Hinduism.
• Immerse yourself in the world of shamans with a specialist.

For centuries, Angkor was the center of the Khmer Kingdom: numerous villages
dating back to the Angkorian period are scattered around. The population practices
agriculture, particularly rice-growing.
