Day 1 SEOUL
Welcome by our representative at the airport, transfer and check-in at the hotel.
Day 2 SEOUL
Full day exploring South Korea’s capital by Jihachul, the local subway. Visit
Gyeongbokgung Palace and then stroll through the hanoks village of Bukchon.
Day 3 SEOUL - D.M.Z CHEORWON - SUWON
Witness the fierce battles during the Korean War (1950-53), the Cheorwon Plain still
bears the scars of this painful period. Among them, the famous D.M.Z., the physical
and symbolic separation between the two Koreas. A day trip to discover this region
so rich in history and emotion, and yet so little visited.
Day 4 SUWON - JEONJU
Visit Hwaseong Fortress, one of the country’s most imposing military structures.
Drive to Cheonan to visit the Korean Independence Museum.
Day 5 JEONJU - MAISAN - NAMWON
Stroll through the traditional village of Jeonju. Then, a visit to Gyeonggijeon Shrine,
an important historical site. Continue to Maisan Provincial Park and stop by at Tapsa
Temple, famous for its stone pagodas.
Day 6 NAMWON – DAMYANG – GWANGJU
Excursion to the small town of Damyang and walk through the Soswaewon Garden.
City tour of Gwangju.
Day 7 GWANGJU – BOSEONG – NAGAN – SUNCHEON
Explore Daehan Dawon Tea Plantation in Boseong, which specializes in the production
of green tea. Excursion to the fortified village of Nagan. Discover Jogyesan Provincial
Park, a hidden gem nestled in the scenic landscapes of Jeollanam-do.
Day 8 SUNCHEON – BUSAN
Depart to Samseonggung Palace and the village of Cheonghakdong, located on
Jirisan Mountain.
Day 9 BUSAN
Busan city tour. Stroll through Jagalchi Fish Market. Discover the cultural village of
Gamcheon.
Day 10 BUSAN – GYEONGJU
Visit Haedong Yonggungsa temple. City tour of Gyeongju, nicknamed the
“Museum without Walls”.
Day 11 GYEONGJU
Visit Bulkugsa Temple and Seokguram Cave, the masterpieces of East Asian Buddhist
art and architecture. Stroll through Tumuli Park and discover the oldest observatory
in the Far East, the Cheomseongdae Tower.
Day 12 GYEONGJU – GAYASAN – DAEGU
Discover Gaya National Park and Haeinsa Temple, the home to the Tripitaka Koreana.
Transfer to Daegu to visit Seomun Market.
Day 13 DAEGU – ANDONG
Visit Andong, one of the last living vestiges of ancient Korea, the cradle of
Confucianism in the country and of the mask dancing.
Day 14 ANDONG – SEORAKSAN
Discover the Dosan Confucian Academy. Continue to the Gyeongpodae region.
Day 15 SEORAKSAN
A day devoted to exploring Seoraksan National Park.
Day 16 SEORAKSAN – D.M.Z – SEORAKSAN
Walk to Wanggok Village, whose origins date back to the Goryeo Dynasty. Visit the
Goseong Reunification Observatory and then the War Memorial of Yanggu.
Day 17 SEORAKSAN – SEOUL
Visit Jongmyo Royal Shrine.
