THE ESSENTIALS OF ANGKOR TEMPLES (KHTESS)

4 days / 3 nights

This essentials tour allows you to discover the essence of Angkor Archaeological Park in 3 days, with visits to the most
magnificent temples. These treasures reflect a rich spiritual and cultural past, symbolizing the grandeur of the Khmer
Empire. A 1-day excursion to the River of a Thousand Lingas and the pink sandstone temple of Banteay Srei is also on
the program. A trip to Cambodia would not be complete without a visit to these sites.

Day 1 SIEM REAP
Our representative meets you at the airport, transfers
you to your hotel and settles you in.
Visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom, then explore
Baphuon, also called “golden mountain “, which a team of
French archaeologists has spent 16 years fully restoring it.

Day 2 SIEM REAP
Discovery of the Angkor site, declared a World Heritage
Site by UNESCO in 1992, with visits to Angkor Wat, Srah
Srang water reservoir and Bantey Kdei monastery, known
as the “Citadel of Monks’ cells”. The day ends with a visit
to Ta Phrom Temple followed by Apsara dance show.

Day 3 SIEM REAP – KBAL SPEAN – BANTEAY SREI – SIEM REAP
Head to Kbal Spean, the river of a thousand lingas, and
visit the temple of Banteay Srei, nicknamed the “Citadel
of Women”.
