          Stroll through a market to select ingredients for the traditional cooking class.
          Visit  tea  plantations  in  Maokong,  a  region  famous  for  its  tea  plantations.  Tasting  of  freshly  brewed
          infusions in traditional tea houses.
          Tasting of exotic fruits such as mangosteen, lychee and papaya (depending on season).
          Visit Taipei's night markets, such as Shilin or Raohe, to sample specialties such as xiao long bao (steamed
          ravioli), bubble tea (tapioca pearl tea)...
                                  Bubble tea is a popular Taiwanese drink made with tea (often green or black), milk or
                                  sweet syrup, and tapioca pearls. It has enjoyed phenomenal growth worldwide since its
                                  creation in Taiwan in the 1980s. Specialized chains have opened stores around the world,
                                  and social media play a key role in the spreading of bubble tea culture.
